ABL too aggressive

I have owned a Metz Novum for almost two years and after a period tormented by incomplete firmware and with some bugs, today I can say quite satisfied.
But there is still a big problem, and it is due to the intervention of the ABL (automatic brightness limiter) while watching Dolby Vision content, which drastically reduces the brightness and makes the images on the screen too dark.
The problem has been present for several months and I wonder if Metz will solve this issue.
